The commentary at the beginning of the first track in the pair is striking. I really appreciate evidence of people deep in their particular area focus, paying their respects.

My brother showed me this video a few weeks ago. I cannot get it out of my head, as it is honestly the most incredibly complex and talented musical performance I have ever seen.
The background I was given is that this guy is a musician who also happens to be an engineering student, and that he made this machine for his graduate study project (thesis might be the right word? I wouldn’t know for sure, as I never made it to even having an associates degree in college 
lol).
Anyway, check the video out and I think you will all be also quite impressed with this performance 
Also, if you are interested in knowing more, there is a series of other YouTube videos in which he explains how the Wintergatan machine works and how it was built.

I already know and love this video. It blew my mind because I could have never imagened somthing even close to the marblemachine before watching this video.
But the marblemachine he used in this video was only a prototype.
He is currenty working on a new and improved version of it (the marblemachine X) and he is documenting his progress with a weekly video.
There are already 96 episodes and they are all realy interesting to watch (imo) even for someone that has no clue about engineering like me
