I thought the mic input bug was fixed, but I’m running 3.5.2 on the mac and it seems none of the external source nodes are working. I have confirmed that the audio interface is working and that it works in Ableton.

Just to confirm - you’re not running any aggregate devices?
Nice catch! In Ableton input and outputs are updated simultaneously, but I still had line-in selected in the system preferences.
I was looking at the wrong page 
Any idea why the aggregate device doesn’t work in Audulus? I’ve used with no problems on other occasions.
It’s a bug on Apple’s end - we’ve filed it with them and are awaiting a fix.
I’ll keep my fingers crossed you get a fix.
