Detect certain midi notes and trigger an adsr from that note

Hi, I’m looking for a way to detect certain midi notes and use that detection as gate for a adsr.
What i’m looking for is a way to have a drum kit, say 4 drums, only having there adsr triggered on a certain midi note - so say the kick on c3, the snare on d3, a hat on e3 etc. That way I can have each drum triggered from external midi sequencers. Has anyone come up with a simple way to do this - Have a certain midi note turn into a trigger for an ADSR?
