This is a collection of all the Audulus 3 patches that were ever posted at the old Audulus forum.

Note

There are a few things you should know about this collection before exploring it.

  • There are sometimes multiple versions of the same patch.
    • This is because patches evolved over time and people posted multiple versions of them. I preserved the multiple versions for sake of history. Just look for the latest version of each patch if you want the most up-to-date version. That said, some creators may have even more recent versions that are already posted here on the forum. When in doubt, ask in the Building Help subcategory.
  • Turn down your volume before opening any patch to avoid blasting your speakers or headphones.
    • Some patches are loud, others are quiet. Some are meant to be used with external hardware like the Expert Sleepers ES-8. Better be safe than sorry.
  • Not all patches are "correct."
    • Some patches use outdated terminology or techniques that have been superseded. This collection was three years in the making, so expect a lot of evolution from the oldest to newest patches.
  • Use your search function to navigate the folder.
    • There are over 1,800 files in this collection. If, for example, you want to look for a sequencer, use your file search within the folder and type seq. This won’t bring up everything, but it will sort most of them. When looking for an oscillator, look for osc or vco.
  • It IS worth exploring all of these files.
    • If you spend on average one minute on each file, it would take you about 30 hours to explore every patch in this collection. In creating this collection, I realized there is so much untapped potential here: many half-worked projects and threads that deserved to be picked up again. If you’re looking for inspiration, this is the perfect place to find it.
