Do Support Questions Get Hidden?

I noticed that someone’s post for support doesn’t seem to appear under “latest” — is this intentional?

Yes, support topics get hidden from Latest because they’re often user and hardware-specific. Sorry I haven’t answered this earlier, I was sick the last few days!

When I mentioned I felt grateful for Audulus, I was encouraged to promote the community, so I started a thread on Audiobus where I plan to share some things that I make or that seem stand out to me. Unfortunately at one point the thread devolved a bit into someone wondering “why the ipad pro can’t play a patch without crackling.”

You may want to comment, I don’t know. I am sure you will be interested in the thread though.
