Don’t know but in A3 I think the simplest approach that’s spline based involves using a separate node for each automation event and chaining them together. Because you can control the period to scan a spline, you can make it some multiple of the beat. I made an SVG grid for the spline ages ago that might help some.

I’m hoping for a MIDI piano roll that can playback CC events as well as notes which would work well for automation.
