Because Audulus doesn't support bluetooth, whenever I need to use bluetooth, I edit the patch in logic/mainstage audio unit window. Does someone know of some other AUnit host or other software that can provide this with a resizable window and without the massive overhead processing costs?

Are you referring to bluetooth for audio or bluetooth for MIDI?
If audio, you can refer to this post for an explanation and a fix for the bluetooth audio issue on macOS.
If MIDI, I am not yet aware of any limitations, as I haven’t tested a bluetooth controller with Audulus, but I will do what I can to look into and try to find a solution to assist.
